1. Appointment Scheduling: Appointments can be scheduled either through our website, phone, or in-person. I will make every effort to accommodate your preferred date and time. Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment to ensure a full session. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to accommodate other clients' appointments.

2. Health and Medical Information: Prior to each session, you will be asked to provide relevant health and medical information to ensure your safety and well-being during the massage. It is important to disclose any pre-existing conditions, injuries, allergies, or sensitivities you may have. Please update us immediately if your health condition changes.

3. Confidentiality: Your privacy and confidentiality are of utmost importance to me. I will maintain the confidentiality of all your personal information and treatment records, unless required by law or with your explicit consent. Any discussion, consultation, or treatment details will remain strictly confidential.

4. Massage Conduct: I expect clients to behave in a respectful and appropriate manner during the sessions. Any inappropriate comments, requests, or conduct will result in the immediate termination of the session, and future appointments may be denied.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.

6. Payment and Fees: I accept various forms of payment, including cash, credit/debit cards, or electronic transfers. Payment is due at the time of service.

7. Your Responsibilities: It is your responsibility to communicate your needs, preferences, and any discomfort or pain during the massage session. You have the right to ask questions, consent to specific techniques, and modify or terminate the session at any time. Please inform me promptly if you experience any adverse reactions or discomfort during or after the session.

8. Limitation of Liability: While I strive to provide the highest quality massage services, I cannot guarantee specific outcomes or results. Massage therapy is not a substitute for medical treatment or diagnosis, and I strongly recommend consulting with your healthcare provider if you have any concerns or specific medical conditions.
