Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to services provided by Soul Solace Massage LLC, doing business as Soul Solace (“Soul Solace”), including massage therapy services and The Reset Room.

By scheduling an appointment, purchasing a membership, making a reservation, or using Soul Solace services, you acknowledge and agree to the applicable terms below.

General Terms

Scheduling & Reservations

Appointments and reservations may be scheduled through the booking options made available by Soul Solace.

Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment or reservation. Late arrival may result in a shortened session when necessary to accommodate the next scheduled client or guest.

Payment & Fees

Payment is due according to the terms of the service, appointment, reservation, or membership purchased.

Payments already made for services or membership periods are non-refundable except where otherwise required by law.

Respectful Conduct

Clients and guests are expected to treat Soul Solace staff, other guests, the facility, and its equipment with respect.

Inappropriate, unsafe, or disruptive conduct may result in termination of a session or reservation and may result in future services or access being denied.

Privacy & Confidentiality

Soul Solace respects the privacy and confidentiality of personal information provided in connection with its services. Personal information, health information, and treatment records will be maintained confidentially except as required by law or with your consent.

The Reset Room Membership Terms

These additional terms apply to Reset Room memberships, reservations, and use of The Reset Room at Soul Solace.

Membership & Billing

Reset Room memberships are billed monthly on a recurring basis using the payment method provided at enrollment.

Your membership automatically renews each month until canceled. By enrolling, you authorize Soul Solace to charge your payment method for your selected membership each billing cycle.

Membership Hours

Your membership includes the number of Reset Room hours associated with your selected membership level.

Membership hours must be used during the applicable monthly membership period. Unused hours do not roll over and expire at the end of each membership period.

Membership hours have no cash value and may not be sold or transferred.

Founding Membership

Founding Members receive their Founding Membership rate for as long as their membership remains continuously active.

If a Founding Membership is canceled, the Founding Membership rate and associated benefits are forfeited. If you choose to rejoin in the future, the membership options and rates available at that time will apply.

Booking & Cancellations

Reset Room sessions must be reserved in advance and are subject to availability.

Reservations canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled session will have the reserved time returned to the member's available hours for the current membership period.

Reservations canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled session, as well as no-shows, will be treated as used. The reserved time will be deducted from the member's available hours.

Please enter and leave The Reset Room within your reserved time so the room is available for the next guest.

Friend & Family Passes

Eligible memberships include Friend & Family Passes as part of the monthly membership benefits.

Each Friend & Family Pass provides a one-hour Reset Room session for a first-time Reset Room guest.

Friend & Family Passes must be used during the applicable monthly membership period. Unused passes do not roll over and expire at the end of each membership period.

Friend & Family Passes have no cash value and may not be sold or exchanged.

Each guest must complete any required waiver or acknowledgment before using The Reset Room.

Self-Access

The Reset Room is designed for independent, self-directed access.

You are responsible for keeping your access credentials secure. Access credentials may not be shared with another person or used to provide unauthorized access to the facility.

Use of The Reset Room

Your reserved Reset Room is for your private use during your scheduled session.

The tools and amenities provided within The Reset Room are optional. You may choose which tools you use and how you spend your reserved time.

Please use all equipment according to the provided instructions, respect the space, and leave the room and equipment in the condition in which you found them.

You may be responsible for damage resulting from intentional misuse, negligence, or use of equipment contrary to provided instructions.

Wellness Experience

The Reset Room is a self-directed wellness experience. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or mental health condition and is not a substitute for professional medical or mental health care.

Use of The Reset Room and its equipment is subject to any applicable waiver, safety instructions, and acknowledgments.

Membership Cancellation

You may cancel your membership at any time. Cancellation will stop future recurring charges.

You will continue to have access to your membership and any remaining benefits through the end of your current paid membership period.

Payments already made are non-refundable.

If a Founding Membership is canceled, the Founding Membership rate and associated benefits are forfeited. If you choose to rejoin in the future, the membership options and rates available at that time will apply.

Suspension or Termination of Access

Soul Solace reserves the right to suspend or terminate Reset Room access or membership for unsafe behavior, misuse of the facility or equipment, unauthorized access, repeated violations of these Terms & Conditions, or conduct that interferes with the safety or experience of others.

Massage Therapy Terms

Health & Medical Information

Prior to massage therapy services, you may be asked to provide relevant health and medical information to help support your safety and well-being during your session.

Please disclose relevant pre-existing conditions, injuries, allergies, sensitivities, or changes in your health that may affect your massage.

Massage Conduct

Clients are expected to behave respectfully and appropriately during massage sessions. Inappropriate comments, requests, or conduct may result in immediate termination of the session, and future appointments may be denied.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule a massage appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice.

Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Your Responsibilities

Please communicate your needs, preferences, and any discomfort or pain you experience during your massage.

You may ask questions, consent to or decline specific techniques, and request that a technique or the session itself be modified or stopped at any time.

Please inform your massage therapist promptly if you experience discomfort or an adverse reaction during your session.

Massage Therapy Disclaimer

While Soul Solace strives to provide high-quality massage therapy services, specific outcomes or results cannot be guaranteed.

Massage therapy is not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment. Please consult an appropriate healthcare provider regarding medical concerns or conditions.
